Videos and handouts

We have a variety of videos and handouts in our resource libraryThese include an indoor walking video, balance exercises, a seated mobility session, warm up and cool down routines, and more!
To access the resource library, you must be a registered Heart Foundation Walking participant.

Community support

We know how hard it can be to start and stay moving, and we want you to know you are not alone. Join our Facebook group to hear from others, share your challenges or successes, and let us know what you love most about walking.  

Track your progress with our nifty walking planner

Whether you have completed a 6-week Personal Walking Plan or not yet signed up, our monthly walking planner has been designed to help everyone find the motivation to move more.  

Local neighbourhood walkability

Explore our Community Walkability map to discover local walking destination in your neighbourhood. You can drop a pin anywhere on the map to discover places within walking distance of 5-, 10-, 15- or 20-minutes. The map will show you the location of destinations which you can walk to within the time you have selected.
