Creating healthy habits isn’t always easy. To keep you putting one foot in front of the other, many Heart Foundation Walking groups offer Walker Rewards to help you reach and celebrate your walking milestones. 

Participating walk organisers will log your progress for you, and you’ll receive rewards based on the number of group walks you complete.
