This Privacy Collection Notice explains how we collect, use, and protect your data, ensuring it is handled with care and in compliance with privacy laws.
Your Personal Information is being collected by the National Heart Foundation of Australia ABN 98 008 419 761 (Heart Foundation, we, us, our) to provide your Walking Program (the Program) this is to enable us to provide you with personalised information, tools and support in respect of your participation and for other purposes as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Providing us with the requested personal information is not required by law, but if you do not provide us with this information, we may be unable to register and provide a tailored walking program for you.
Personal information about you may be provided to third parties where authorised or required by law, where we have your consent, or as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.
Communications from us may include mail, email, through social media (including targeted online advertising), SMS or telephone contact and may also include messages on behalf of event sponsors and other third parties.
If you do not want to receive direct marketing communication from us, you can unsubscribe using the link in the communication or otherwise contact us using the details below. If a third party contacts you using information we have provided to them, you will need to opt-out from receiving messages directly from that third party.
