Ordering

Who manages the ordering process?

Orders are placed directly between your group and Topline. The Heart Foundation does not process or manage orders on your behalf.
What styles can we order?

You can choose from the styles listed on the order forms, which include polos, t-shirts, and singlets. Only the available styles, colours, and sizes shown on the form can be ordered. Custom or individual requests outside of those options cannot be accommodated.
Do I need to use a specific order form?

Yes. You must use the official Topline order form provided on this page for each style. Orders submitted in any other format will not be accepted.
Do I need to calculate the costs, myself?

Yes. Before submitting your order, the order form must be completed, with:

· Item sub-totals

· Freight/postage costs

· Total cost (excluding and including GST)

All cost details are provided on the form.

Can I request a quote from Topline before ordering?

No. Topline does not provide quotes. If you need to show cost evidence to a third party (e.g. for a grant), you can refer to the prices listed on the order forms.

Sizing & Samples

How do I know if the shirt I choose is available in my size?

Each order form includes a size chart specific to that shirt style. It includes half-chest and shoulder-to-hem measurements to help you select the correct size.

Can we get samples to try on before ordering?

No. Samples can only be purchased (not returned). The cost includes the shirt price plus freight. Contact Topline if you’d like to purchase samples.

Note: Samples cannot be returned to Topline or the Heart Foundation.

How should I measure myself for the right fit?

(Please measure carefully as an incorrectly ordered size cannot be exchanged).

Take a t-shirt or polo shirt, which you already have, and which is a good fit for you and lay it flat.

1. Body width: Measure across the front of the shirt, from mid-underarm to mid-underarm (3cm below the armpit) - not the full chest circumference. (As the size chart uses half-chest measurements.)

2. Body length: Measure from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the shirt.


Will the same size fit across different shirt styles or fabrics (e.g. cotton vs polyester)?

Not necessarily. Shirt sizing can vary by manufacturer and fabric. Always check the specific size chart for the shirt style you're ordering and follow the measuring instructions given in ‘How should I measure myself for the right fit?’

Ordering & Returns

Can I return shirts if they don't fit?

No. All shirts are custom-made with your group name (and possibly logo), so they cannot be returned or exchanged. If a shirt doesn’t fit a walker, the host organisation or walk organiser can keep it and offer it to a new group member later.

Note: Custom shirts cannot be returned to Topline or the Heart Foundation.

If I order between pricing tiers (e.g. 7 shirts), what price applies?

The lower-quantity price applies. For example, ordering 7 shirts would be charged at the 5-shirt price tier ($29 each).

Can I order a different shirt style, like a V-neck tee?

No. Only the styles shown on the official order forms are available for customisation.
What does 'SP' mean on the size chart?

‘SP’ stands for shoulder point to hem - this is the shirt's body length.

Delivery & Costs

Why does delivery cost more for larger orders?

Delivery is based on the cubic weight and size of your package. More shirts = heavier and larger cartons = higher delivery cost.

How do I calculate the delivery cost per person?

Divide the total delivery cost by the number of shirts ordered. Example: 5 shirts + $15 delivery = $3 per person.

If I order different shirt styles together, how is delivery calculated?

Delivery is calculated on the total quantity of shirts ordered for your group on the same day—not by shirt style. Example: 20 red polos + 30 contrast polos = 50 shirts total; delivery cost applies to the combined order.

How is GST calculated?

GST is calculated on the total order value including delivery.

Example: 5 shirts @ $25ea = $125
Delivery = $15
Total before GST = $140
GST @ 10% = $14
Total incl GST = $154

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 3 weeks from artwork approval.

Payment & Contact

How do I send my logo to Topline?

Email your logo (if required) to cat@topline.net.au in JPG or PNG format.

Can I pay by EFT instead of credit card?

Yes. Topline accepts payment via credit card or EFT. Contact them for bank details if paying by EFT.

What credit cards are accepted?

Only Visa and Mastercard are accepted.

Vouchers & Discounts

Can I use my Heart Foundation Walking milestone voucher on these orders?

No. Milestone vouchers are only valid for merchandise supplied directly by the Heart Foundation, available on Heartshop, not for custom orders via Topline.

Do I get free delivery if my order is over $100?

No. Free delivery is not available, regardless of order value.
