Why walk with us?
This is an indoor walking group. Participants walk at their own pace around The Pines shopping centre, which is a circuit about 600m. Our usual days are Tues and Thurs 7.45am to 8.30am followed by coffee. Suitable for all fitness levels- no flies, no dogs, no cars. Albert and Leann welcome all!
