Why walk with us?
The Heart Foundation, in partnership with Ipswich Thriving Seniors and Intrapac Property has started a brand new walking group in White Rock! The White Rock Amblers, will meet at the White Rock Community House every 2nd Thursday at 9am for a social walk and talk, before heading back to the community house to enjoy a cup of coffee and the other social activities on offer. This free walking group is a great way to get active, improve your health and meet new people in your local community. Anyone is welcome to join. Our first walk will be held on Thursday 6 August. We look forward to seeing you there!
