Why walk with us?

We’re a small, friendly and supportive group, with ages ranging from 30's to 70+. Social connection for us is a very important part of the numerous health benefits of walking. We meet for a 9:00am departure at the end of the Wendouree Drive car park, near the Australian Merchant Navy Memorial and the Thalidomide Memorial (enter from Kings Ave). We finish the walk with coffee (and sometimes cake) and a chat, at the Curio Press Bistro near Blundell’s Cottage. New walkers are warmly welcomed into our walking group family.
