Why walk with us?
Strong physical/mental/health/wellbeing focus. Physical activity, social connect, nature connect, chat. Carisbrooke/Harry Bowey parks. Little Para River nature trail walks, optional picnic brunch. SUNDAY & WEDNESDAY 10am. ALL are welcome. Specialty walks as group suggests. We understand and value "Duty of Care" and while some of us are happy to brave the elements, we need absolutely to value the physical and mental safety, security and WELL-BEING of our members. Maria and I are long-time full-time students across a number of disciplines, including Physical and Mental Health, Exercise and Nutrition, Accounting and Finance, and Law.
