Why walk with us?
Our group meets every Wednesday for a friendly and inclusive walk suitable for all fitness levels. Walks are at a relaxed to moderate pace, with participants naturally spreading out depending on comfort and ability. We meet at 9:15am at the rear of the Unley Medical Centre for a 9.30 sharps start.
