Why walk with us?
From August 2026 you can walk with other local parents - at 11am on Wednesdays and/or Fridays, you can pop your kid/s in your pram or stroller. Throw on your sneakers, a hat and zip down to the Wilsonton Heights Neighbourhood Centre at 14 Wine Drive for a decent walk. Still in your PJs? COME AS YOU ARE! Let's walk and talk and get fitter. Don't put off making time for yourself. Every step helps. It's great to get out of your house no matter the season.
