Why walk with us?
This group walks in and around Laurel Bank Park, all on paved or bitumen surfaces. We enjoy the spring and summer colours in the gardens that Toowoomba Regional Council staff tiredly slave over to make the park enjoyable to visit. For the more fit members, a full circuit of the block is available, meanwhile the scented and vegetable gardens add a peaceful surround while walking on the paths through them. While we don't have a regular coffee morning after walking, we do have a (usually breakfast) on special occasions, e.g. April, July and December. There is plenty of "Off Street" parking available adjacent to the hall.
