Why walk with us?
The Gladstone Junior Youth Council is launching Vibe and Stride, a community walking group designed to encourage people to get active, strengthen social connection, and reduce loneliness within our community. This initiative encourages people of all ages to come together in a relaxed, welcoming environment to enjoy light physical activity and meaningful conversation. When: 1st Monday of each month until November excluding public holidays ( 6th July, 3rd Aug , 7th Sep, 2nd Nov) Time: 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM – meet at 4.15pm Where: East Shores (meet near the bottom of the waterfall) Who’s Invited: Everyone is welcome.
