Why walk with us?
Our group is suitable for anyone with moderate fitness who wishes to enjoy walking in nature with others. We will mainly walk in the Adelaide foothills, and have 4 different walk 'areas' across the year linked to seasons: 1. Burnside Hills (Beaumont, Mount Osmond, Waterfall Gully) in Spring (September, October, November) 2. River Torrens Linear Park (eastern sections) in Summer (December, January, February) 3. Morialta Conservation Park in Autumn (March, April, May) 4. Cleland Trails (south and north) in Winter (June, July, August) Our walks will be up to 2 hours. To broaden our health benefits, we will share ideas about health topics selected by the group as we walk (given our walk organiser is a Nutrition, Health and Wellness Coach).
