Why walk with us?
The Gympie Gliders Walking Group is planning to walk on Friday mornings meeting at 7 am for 1 hour plus of walking starting at the following locations: 1. Victory Heights Recreational Trails entry gate for a 5km walk bush walk Occasionally, walks may also be conducted on a Sunday, advised to members via text the day before: 2. Outside Mary St Australia Post Office for a CBD walk (hills included) 3. Imbil-Brooloo Rail Trail 9.5km return trip starting at the entry carpark A moderate amount of fitness is desirable, as are walking shoes with good grip as the track can be slippery.
