Why walk with us?
RTC Walk and Talk are a terrific group of men and women, of all ages and abilities who commit to walking once or twice a week. Walkers' have seen health benefits and Friendships have grown as we complete our walk - at our own pace, own distance, it is not a race, and finish with a coffee and a chat. This great bunch of people are from all walks of life and enjoy spending time walking and talking. We walk inside that means we are not affected by rain, wind, too hot or cold weather and the gentle rise and fall of the almost flat floors are a joy to walk on. Toilets are close by too. Come join us!
